Today we celebrate International Women’s Day, honouring the incredible achievements of women across the world and right here at ROVOP.

This year’s IWD theme is ‘Inspire Inclusion’. We acknowledge that women continue to face barriers when pursuing leadership positions in this industry and this week we wanted to spotlight some of our incredible team, sharing their experience and wisdom to help others gain insight on the many different careers available within the sector.

Together we can work to build a more inclusive world where every woman feels empowered to work and feel supported in whatever field they choose.
