By bringing together the industry’s foremost manufacturers, specialist tooling and peripheral equipment development companies, leading ROV operators and deepwater construction companies we can ensure that the industry is joined up in how it approaches future growth potential.”
Mark Vorenkamp, chairman at ROVOP, said: “We are sponsoring the event because we want to promote the sharing of best practice among the industry, ensure we remain at the cutting edge of technology by encouraging the leading manufacturers of work class and observation class vehicles, sensors and tools, and provide an opportunity to network to encourage discussion on themes of common interest such as health and safety, recruitment and industry best practice.
Speakers confirmed for the event include Albert Williams, technical authority for ROV operations at Shell, Andrew Reid, managing director at Douglas Westwood, Tyler Schilling, president of FMC Schilling Robotics, Donald Faulds, Engineering Manager at Technip and Mike Jones, Managing Director at SMD.
