Schilling HD

The Schilling HD is the world's most advanced work class ROV system. It employs a unique modular design and control system technology to minimise downtime and maximise safety and efficiency of operations.

Capable of deploying a full range of hydraulic tooling and ROV sensors, the HD is selected by ROVOP for it's reliability, 60 minute repair philosophy, automated functions and tooling capability. The Schilling HD is proven in construction, drill support, survey, IRM, and decommissioning applications.

ROVOP's selection of the Schilling HD reflects ROVOP's understanding that the ROV is on the critical path of high value offshore projects.

Seaeye Panther XT Plus

The XT Plus is the high thrust, high payload variant of the proven Panther series of light work class ROV systems.

Capable of a forward speed of 4 knots, the ROVOP XT Plus vehicles are depth rated to 1500m and are available in compact, free swimming configuration or with full TMS and "A" Frame.

ROVOP's Panther XT Plus systems can carry a full survey spread and have an excellent track record of success in shallow water and high current applications.

These systems are capable of interface with state of the art sensors and tools and carry two Schilling manipulators, one 7 and one 4 function.

Seaeye Cougar XT

The Cougar XT is a compact, flexible and powerful electric ROV rated to 2000m. It can accommodate tooling via a system of quick change tool skids making it ideal for survey work, drill support, light construction and cable operations. With the most modern of interface and communication capabilities, the Cougar XT is capable of taking a full range of sensors and tools.

Offered with dual 5 function manipulators, small topside footprints, an optional gravity based launch and recovery system and full zoning, this system is ideal for hazardous or space constrained locations.

Schilling UHD Generation III

The Schilling Ultra Heavy Duty (UHD) Generation III is an evolution of the existing HD and previous generation UHD ROV systems.

This 250-horse power vehicle can handle all ultra-heavy duty requirements and retains all the features of the Schilling HD including 60 minute repair philosophy and automated functions and tooling. When fitted with the FMC Technologies Isol-8 pump, it is also capable of meeting the American Petroleum Institute (API) 53 standards for secondary BOP intervention.

The arrival of the Schilling UHD Gen III allows ROVOP to offer clients the most versatile ROV in the market to further enhance the productivity of offshore operations while minimising risk and downtime.
